Cooking at La Casa

Wonderful dinner last night at La Casa in Chianti with home made fresh tagliatelle

The menu was:
Bruschetta
Tagliatelle al pesto made with organic Sen Cappelli flour
Spezzatino di manzo al Chianti Classico with meat from Chini’s Butcher
Peperonata with aceto balsamico
Fiori di zucca stuffed in the Liguria way
Verdura al forno
Tiramisu al caffé e tiramisu all’Alkermis
